Van Life Week 4

Van Life Week 4. Short update. We left Breckenridge, Colorado on a Sunday and traveled 15 hours to Conway, Arkansas. What a day of driving. Robby's sister, Bethany and her husband rode the entire way with us too! We listened to Harry Potter on Audible the whole time and finished the 4th book, The Goblet of Fire. So different from the movie by the way... in a good way.. ha! We eventually made it back to Memphis to celebrate our cousin, Alan, getting married to his now bride, Chloe. We had a great time celebrating and catching up with family during this visit.

After spending time with our families, we ventured our way to Nashville and camped at a campsite just outside the city. Robby works in Software Development for Amazon and his office is Downtown Nashville. We took advantage of exploring downtown and seeing if this could be our new possible "home base" for when we are not traveling in the van. We fell in love with the idea of planting our home base there, which makes sense, because Robby technically works there. haha! He loves the office atmosphere and enjoys seeing people. He is definitely a people person. I think it was good for him to be in the office for a few days. I on the other hand, hung out at the campsite one day, the next day, I spent all afternoon with my childhood best friend, Bethany. It was great to catch up and have a chill day. Nashville is great. We definitely love it!

We headed out to Kentucky next, and enjoyed spending Memorial weekend there with our Kentucky family. We saw the movie Top Gun: Maverick! Wow!!! I loved it!! It might be one of my top favorite movies. I would say to get the best experience seeing this movie, go see it in theaters!

We are currently hanging in Conway, Arkansas. We have a few set backs from my stomach health, and now I'm playing a waiting game for my June 10th appointment. We do plan and hope to travel back out West. We could leave anytime or have other plans for another project/adventure. I am praying for guidance and peace as we continue our adventures together. Whatever comes next, I fully trust what God has in store for us! I will keep you updated and always plan to bring you along the way. Thank you for reading this short update.
