Wel.... Welcome to our home ^.

Hey guys! We have found a home base, Nashville, TN! We are so excited to be living in Nashville for awhile. We have family events + weddings coming up, so we decided to camp out here until we can hit the road again. We knew if we left to head out west now, we would be rushed hiking and trying to obtain everything we desire to see along the way. There is not enough time to do everything and justify the expensive gas we would have to pay to make it work. Make sense? So, we are staying put for awhile, but plan to have some fun while we are here, in Nashville. I have so much footage to go through from our trip to Sedona, Utah, and Colorado. I hope I can practice editing video in this down time to post a YouTube every week from our previous travels. Stay tuned.

I am still very passionate about Disney and hope to continue sharing Disney content.

Van Life is so fun and adventurous. I hope people do not see us in Nashville thinking we "gave up" on Van life. Trust me, we have not. We still plan to travel for sure. The goal is to live in Colorado in the winter for ski/snowboard season, and then for the spring, experience the Oregon and California coast. That was my reasoning for van life, so I HAVE to do the coast before I retire full time from the traveling. We are heading to the Lake in Arkansas in a few weeks and we will be staying in the van. Shortly after, we will head to Orlando for Disney! We did book the Disney campsite so we can stay in the van. I can not wait to share that experience with you all. We still have van trips, but they are less intense as far as driving goes.

Okay, I mentioned my health awhile back, and yeah.... the first Van life trip did not go as planned for me. I am so grateful for my experience and patient husband. My stomach was not happy with me the entire month of May. Come to find out, one of the issues was the meds for my wisdom teeth and they most likely affected the health of my gut. I did have a GI Doctor appointment in June, so in all honesty, this kept us from traveling right away after our cousins wedding in May. I understand that health is important. I was tempted to skip the appointment and head back out west. But, I also had a feeling of, how terrible it would be if I skipped it, and something is actually wrong with me. I dislike being in the unknown. I already feel better just going and talking to my doctor about what my body is doing. So moving on, I am still waiting to hear back about any possible food allergies. I am on a strict diet for the next few months and hope this can cancel out what is triggering my gut. With all this being said, I had a rough start to van life, but God always provided what I needed. I also hiked some really intense hikes and was fine the whole time. I am so thankful. I already know the second I get back on the road, I will feel so much better knowing I am getting down to the root of the problem, I'm on a good diet, and I feel like I can relax knowing I have a doctor to call when I need too.

These are the major updates in our lives right now. We are excited for all the trips this fall, and I can't wait to continue to update and keep you in the loop.

Thank you for reading!
