Disney Springs

I love Disney Springs and I would love to tell you what I like about it. I am writing this blog in a coffee shop somewhere in Utah, while I listen to the Sleeping Beauty sound track.

In January 2021, I arrived to Orlando, FL for the first time by myself at 6:00p.m. My family did not arrive until midnight, so what was I suppose to do while I wait? Go to Disney Springs & shop! Not a bad plan, right? I would suggest from the airport, go to your hotel, check in, and then ride the bus over to Disney Springs. Driving and parking yourself is just ok.... I would rather the bus drop me off and pick me up.

Shopping. My top two favorite stores would be World of Disney, of course, and Uniqlo. I have never been in an Uniqlo store before I went to Disney Springs. It reminds me of H&M. They have great Disney gear for cheap AND it was cute.... I was surprised. I had all my outfits planned for the week until I arrived there... that all changed. Haha! I ended up with a few Disney t-shirts. After that, I went over to World of Disney, where I bought the Mickey Ears I was planning on buying and.....another t-shirt. I will say, I am glad I did this before going to the parks. I love shopping in the Disney Parks, but I also don't like carrying merchandise around the park or paying for a locker to hold it. That is one reason why I would suggest going to Disney Springs before park days or after to buy merchandise, OR shop in the parks at the END of your park day. I also like Zara, however they are a hit or miss with Disney clothes. In September, we did ask the Lululemon employee if they would ever sell Disney Lululemon. She seemed to say they are trying to make that happen, so I would keep my eye out for it. I am surprised they don't already, due to all the running races Disney World hosts every year.

Those are my top places. There is so much shopping!

The day we broke the bank buying all the Disney 50th merchandise :')

Food. This is funny. I have only eaten at one place there because I love it so much. It's called, "Chicken Guy." Please go and enjoy it. I loved it! They now have a place called, " Swirls on the Water," where you can get a flight of DOLE Whip!

Looks delicious? I can not wait to try this in September. DOLE Whip is gluten, Vegan, and dairy free. I love that, really anyone can try it.

Earl of Sandwich is also another great place to eat. I have only had it in Disneyland, and I did see that they do have one in Disney Springs.

The atmosphere is great! It's quite busy, but you're in Disney, so likely everywhere you go is busy. I can only continue to suggest to visit Disney Springs before your park days, just in case you want to change some of your outfits, OR you may want to purchase your Mickey Ears so you can wear them into the parks the next day. I hope you enjoy your experience in Disney Springs! If there are places you like to eat or shop, let me know in the comments. Thank you, for reading!
